At Roberts Ranch and Gardens we have been fertilizing and supplementing with AZOMITE® since 2008. We feed it to everything – from the trees in the orchard, to our flower pots, chickens, horses, cats, dogs, and cows. All of our beds are supplemented with it each year. It is completely natural, will not burn your crops, or be harmful to your animals when used in recommended amounts. After about 3 years we have found that pest infestation has dropped and plants grow vigorously, setting plenty of fruit. With each additional year our vegetables score higher on brix tests and the taste is incredible. We have people asking us how we grow such sweet onions. Its not the variety so much as it is the soil conditions. Our complete gardening methods include AZOMITE, Bio-Enlive and Carbon Answer, Compost, and water.

There is a great desire to return to more natural growing methods – free of GMO’s, pesticides, herbicides, fungicides, and commercially made fertilizers. The large scale farmer and the home gardener have begun a search for fertilizers and dietary supplements that feed the soil, plants, and animals in a more biologically friendly way. AZOMITE® has recently gained popularity due to the shift away from the traditional methods of commercialized growing.

AZOMITE® is a natural rock product mined near Yuba Lake, in Central Utah. It has been around since the 1940’s. With over 70 trace minerals, AZOMITE® meets the needs of micro-organisms and plants as it enriches and remineralizes nutrient-depleted soils. It also serves as an excellent dietary supplement or feed additive for poultry and livestock.

Growing testimonials are available from happy farmers who are experiencing stronger, larger animals, more productive chickens, and greater yields from plants when fertilizing with AZOMITE®. In Asia, it is even being fed to Tilapia and Shrimp with excellent results.
