Beef

We will have 2000 lbs. of hormone free,  grass fed beef.  You can  purchase ¼, ½, or a whole beef.  All beef will  include equal  proportions of roasts, ground beef, and steaks according  to the  proportions that exist in the whole cow.  This year we will offer  Black  Angus beef for $3.25/lb and Piedmontese for $3.60/lb and USDA   Certified Organic Grass Fed Beef for $6.00/lb.  All prices are for   hanging weight and includes the cut and wrap fee. The beef will be ready   for pickup in November.  Normally the hanging weight for a whole beef   is around 400 lbs. A $50.00 non-refundable down payment is required to   reserve your beef.

Eggs

Includes   16 weeks of farm fresh eggs.  These chickens roam  the pasture and feed   naturally.  The eggs come from our farm and from  Clifford Farms, a   trusted organic chicken form in Orem.

Honey

We are pleased to offer raw,  unfiltered, all-natural honey from our  bees here on Roberts Ranch and  Gardens and from The Honey Company whose  bees pollinate our crops.   You’ll love the natural flavor and  thickness of this honey.  Because we  have such a variety of flowers  available, the honey has a wonderful rich  flavor.  The honey is  harvested in September and will be ready by  October.  Honey sells at  $15.00/quart.

Terms and Conditions

All beef deposits are $50.00 and are non-refundable. All CSA shares are non-refundable. They are transferrable. If you go on vacation, move, or decide you don’t want to participate, you can gift your entire share to someone else, gift a couple of weeks to them, or sell your share. Anyone can pick up your share for you as long as we know who is coming to pick it up. You are responsible to pick up your produce at the appointed time. We are not responsible for baskets that have not been picked up. We give away unclaimed baskets within 24 hours of the pick up time. If you would like your basket delivered to your door, you need to contact us directly. It will cost you $100.00 more for that service. If you want to pay for your share in installments, you need to put $50.00 down in order to reserve a share and pay in full by the first delivery in mid June. If you choose this method and change your mind later, we will refund all but $50.00. We will provide a trade box for those who do not prefer certain vegetables. You can trade an item for whatever is available in the box. If we happen to miss your order, we will personally deliver it that night or the following day.
